Keep active!

Everybody athlete or not should make an attempt to stay active.  I encourage my athletes to run everyday wether they are in season and most certainly in their off season.  They should also incorporate stretching and some core work.  Now for my non athlete I suggest the same; daily running and stretching and core work as a base in their workout regimen then as they build their fitness level add new activities ie,  swimming, biking or a spin class yoga or even a rec sport in a local league!!  Mix it up to keep it fun and that will keep you active!!!
