Have you had a drink today? Remember hydration is an active part of your workout regimen even when your not on the field.  Sports drinks are excellent while in practice or competition but during periods of non-activity water is your best option.  Keys to getting your recommended H2O Intake....... Try to drink a glass of water with every meal. Students, make use of those water fountains in school and sip a little every chance you get. No fountains? Utilize coolers and water bottles. Anther important tip.... the first sign of thirst is the onset of dehydration.  So hydrate and help your body achieve peak performance!
